To ensure the optimal agronomic characteristics for olive production, we removed over 480,000 cubic meters of stones to build a 6-kilometer-long, 1.5-meter-high, and 1-meter-deep wall by hand. This terrain and manual labor help us achieve the best possible olive yields.
